Order Processing

All Lawha London prints are produced to order. Orders are processed the following day after they are placed and production typically takes 2–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of your order before contacting us about delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you

Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ayan@lawhalondon.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement free of charge.
