Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lawha, every print is produced to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Damaged Orders In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at lawhalondon@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the damage. Once assessed, we will send a replacement print to you free of charge.

Significant Delays If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch and we will investigate with our production partner. Please note that standard postal delays and customs delays do not qualify for refunds.

Change of Mind As all prints are produced to order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to review all product details, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
